IT Marker was founded because buying and selling IT businesses in Eastern Europe was opaque, risky, and inaccessible. We set out to build the infrastructure that makes every transaction verifiable, fair, and efficient.
Our mission
Make it as safe and easy to buy an IT business as it is to buy a used car — with verified data, transparent pricing, and support at every step.
How we verify listings
Financial proof
Sellers submit Stripe export, bank statements, or invoice records covering at least 3 months. We cross-reference reported MRR against the raw data.
Traffic verification
We request Google Analytics read access or exported reports. Traffic sources are checked for authenticity — bot traffic, paid spikes, and inflated click-through rates are flagged.
Legal & ownership
Domain ownership, trademark registrations, and company documents are reviewed. We flag any gaps in chain-of-ownership before the listing goes live.
Technical review
For software businesses, we conduct a brief technical review: stack health, dependency status, deployment documentation, and infrastructure transferability.
